It is the device of the universal purpose for determination of a particle size distribution in suspensions, emulsions, aerosols and powders. Themicro analyzer of particle sizes can be used also for studying evolution of a particle size distribution in the processes of disintegration and mechanical activation of the heterogeneous systems. A range of measured particle sizes is 0.3-300 microns. In micro analyzer "Analyzette-22 " for finding distribution of particle sizes the physical principle of electromagnetic waves diffraction is used. The particle size distribution is calculated according to the theory of Fraunhofer by means of a complex of mathematical methods.
