Carried out researches of natural polysaccharides behaviour in alkaline, alkaline -reduction and alkaline -oxidizing media have allowed to offer essentially new conception of hydrolytic process of cellulose destruction in the alkaline medium. In the proposed mechanism alkaline hydrolysis of polysaccharides are catalyzed by nucleophilic ions with the formation of intermediate labile bonds - a complex with transport of charge and transform to solution of glucose. Accumulation in a solution of reducing substances creates the oxidation-reduction potential providing effective preceding of the dyeing processes of fibrous materials vat dyes and sulfurous dyes in the system.
Theoretical foundation of the process of chemical modification of bast fibers are developed, on the basis of which new technologies are created. They allow to obtain raw fibrous material for manufacturing textile and nonwoven materials of various purpose. Ways of increasing stability of technological processes textile materials obtaining on the basis of the modified flax fibre (Modilen) are scientifically proved.
